Right of Withdrawal

Thank you for shopping in our online store! We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Below, you will find detailed information regarding the return procedure for products purchased in our store.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must not show any signs of use
• Return request deadline – The return must be reported within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the product
• Return shipping deadline – The customer must return the product to the seller or hand it over to an authorized person within 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal from the contract
• The item should be securely packed for transportation. We recommend returning the product in its original packaging and protective materials

2. Return Procedure

• Log in to your customer account and navigate to the Returns and Complaints section. Fill out the form and confirm your return request.

• The cost of returning the item is covered by the customer
• We do not accept return shipments sent cash on delivery (COD)
• We do not accept return shipments sent to parcel lockers

3. Paid Return Label

For your convenience, we offer the option to generate a courier shipping label, which allows you to return the package to our company. The cost of generating this label will be deducted from the refund amount. If you placed multiple orders, please indicate how many shipping labels you need when processing your return request.

Costs of generating a courier return label:

Note! The maximum weight of a single package is 20 kg.

The package circumference + longest side measured in cm (according to the formula a + 2*b + 2*c) must not exceed 330 cm.

Returning the item in its original factory carton ensures compliance with the standard package dimensions. If you use customized packaging, ensure that it meets the above conditions. Any additional costs resulting from non-standard package dimensions on the generated return label will be covered by the customer.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the product price. The refund will be processed using the original payment method or to the provided bank account within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Items showing signs of use
• Products made to order or customized for the customer
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
• Items damaged during transport when using the customer's own shipping method

If the customer returns an item using their own courier, they bear full responsibility for its condition upon delivery to our warehouse. In case of damage during transport, we cannot accept liability for any losses. The customer must handle any claims with the shipping provider. Refunds will be reduced proportionally based on the extent of the damage.
