The procedures proposed below are not necessary to withdraw from the contract.
Return Policy - free return shipping
- Fill in the form and put the received withdrawal form in the package or submit the return online at: RETURN PRODUCT
- In order to receive a free return label, please contact us at contact@arttordesign.com, or by phone: +48 662 266 159 / 56 648 35 55. Pack the returned products and place the received return label on the packaging.
- Decide how you will send the return parcel:
- Giving at the point. It is enough to take the prepared package to one of the points throughout Europe. You can find the drop-off point here: GLS ParcelShop Europe
- Courier order. You can arrange the arrival of the courier to the address indicated on the selected date.
Attention: The above solutions apply to the free returns we provide. However, we would like to point out that the possibility of choosing the method of sending the parcel is optional. If you choose a method other than the recommended one, you will be required to bear the costs yourself.
- After receiving the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, we will return the payments made to you within 14 days.
- The amount due for the order will be refunded using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise
